By anyone’s measure, Antonio “Tony” Argiz is a passionate, multifaceted community leader. The reason for that devotion to service is personal, going back to his first five years in the United States as a Pedro Pan kid. And it’s a memory that can still bring the bottom-line businessman to tears.
