Hurricane threat remains real

Tropical Storm Emily was disorganized, lacked intensity, flirted with regeneration and eventually skirted Miami-Dade. It won’t be one of those storms that is remembered years from now, but was nevertheless significant. Emily helped to fight our community’s biggest threat — complacency.
