Community Celebration: 4:30 - 7:30 pm
Join us as we celebrate the opening of our new Center. Meet our staff, the Center’s partner agencies and their staff, and participate in a raffle drawing; all while enjoying live entertainment and good food.
The Center offers a full range of services and support from financial coaching to free tax preparation and benefits enrollment to employment assistance and credit counseling -- all in an effort to help working individuals and families achieve long-term economic independence and financial stability.
The United Way Center for Financial Stability is one of two national pilot sites selected by a United Way Worldwide/Bank of America partnership, with Bank of America as the founding partner.
The Center is housed and operated by South Florida Urban Ministries (SFLUM). Since 1973, SFLUM has been helping working families move to prosperity.
