Bank of America teams up with United Way of Miami-Dade to help families access tax credits
Being that most Miami-Dade working residents receive their 2009 W-2s during the first week of February, Bank of America has partnered with United Way of Miami-Dade to help low-income individuals and families access free tax preparation and filing services, as well as inform eligible consumers about their potential to qualify for the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) through which they can receive up to $5,600 in tax credits.
