Young Leaders

United Way of Miami-Dade's Young Leaders are more than 1,400 individual contributors ages 40 and younger that give at least $1,000 annually. They are committed to furthering United Way's mission of building community by helping people care for one another. By actively participating in giving, volunteering and advocating, Young Leaders are living united every day in our community.

Popular activities include a three-day seminar to prepare young professionals for placement on non-profit boards, monthly Luncheons with Leaders where small groups of Young Leaders share lunch with a prominent local CEO, an annual holiday party and toy drive, quarterly socials and networking events.
